Had a Steibel Eltron air source heatpump system installed during a new house build. Have used a couple local companies to sort out a few issues but was very disappointed with their incompetence. After having looked at several companies and their reviews contacted Bryan at Total NRG. He obviously knew what he was talking about and since he had placed installations in my area was prepared to send Ash to come and look over.What a difference, Ash found installation mistakes and broken components. Replaced them at the second visit and the system is now running as it should be. The house is being warmed nicely and I look forward to reduced bills as Ash reset the parameters which had been incorrectly set at installation.Thoroughly recommended.

Bryan and the team have been fantastic throughout my project, from system design and specification to Ash and Josh installing a ground source heat pump to the highest standard! Had the air source heat pump installed, it's exceeded my expectations on running cost and performance. I will always stick the NRG because it was calculated and installed properly which makes all the difference.

My system is an air sourced heat pump with a gas boiler as a second heat source. The heat pump installation was excellent. Josh and Ash made a very neat job. Bringing in the boiler caused a few problems but they were quickly sorted out and the system is performing very well indeed. Total NRG are an excellent professional company who will install this new technology competently and politely. A very good family firm.
