The staff are really great at their job and so friendly. :) they offer you so much and they are really good at putting a huge smile on their face and delivering excellent customer service.They also have the best avalible products in store and have a huge variety of gothic stuff that you could ever imagine, like Blue Banana but awesomeAlso, whenever i walk passed the shop i always wave at them and they wave back and smile because they know me so well :)Ive always enjoyed visiting this shop, eventhough i feel anxious they always manage to make me feel like i want to be here100% reccomend

Love this shop! Defo what the Highcross was crying out for. Awesome range of clothes and Licensed alt band merch at a great price. Staff also super cool and friendly.

went into the shop today with my friends and saw a hoodie I loved. went to the till and the lady that served me was lovely to talk too and I really enjoyed my experience today :)

Came in today just for an idle browse but left with 3 brand new pairs of amazing shoes. The lovely people at the tills could not have been more helpful if they'd tried. They pointed out the sale items I'd missed, grabbed the sizes I needed and when they couldn't find the size shoe I wanted they brought out a similar pair to recommend that I actually loved even more than the pair I picked, I do wish they'd branch out a little into less mainstream band merch however I cannot fault them on their customer service and the friendliness of the staff

came in here a few days ago, found out they did a hollywood undead shirt which i was very happy about as they’re not as well known and always find it difficult to buy merch !! a lot of pagan/wiccan items too which was lovely to have a look around. a lot of choices for different types of alternative styles, something for everyone and LGBT friendly !!

Love coming into this shop, visit regularly and have brought so many t-shirts from here. Staff are always so nice and friendly, including the manager. Would highly recommend a visit.
