We have used Gem Heating Solutions for the last few years on our boiler servicing and when our thermostat failed. Friendly and above all a reliable plumber. When our heating failed the engineer arrived with all the parts on the first visit rather than leave and come back. 5 star, would highly recommend.

Kurt took a look at our boiler for us a few weeks ago after it had begun failing. He answered our call promptly and found time in his busy schedule to see us that day, and we had an accurate estimate of when he'd arrive.He quickly diagnosed (and explained) the problem and solved it with no fuss, and the boiler has been running smoothly ever since. Didn't try to foist a regular maintenance contract on us, though I know it's a service they offer.Invoice was received promptly and was easy to pay. I'd definitely recommend them.

Called Kurt with an out of hours call out due to putting a screw through a pipe, having previously using the firm for a boiler service. He managed to fit me in, get the problem sorted and even advise on the clear up. Couldn't recommend enough. Friendly polite and willing to help.

Gem Heating Solutions
Gem Heating Solutions replaced our boiler, moving it from the kitchen into loft space, changing it to a Combi Boiler, which they recommended. It is so much better. Given us space in the kitchen and it is so much more economical. They provided a great service all at good value.We have had them back since to fit a new shower room with toilet & sink, all brilliant. Don't think there is anything in the heating & plumbing side that they can't do. Can't recommend them highly enough!!Thank you Gem Heating Solutions.
