TV Aerial Repairs & Installation

I recently had Orbital out to fix some signal issues after a few days of bad weather. Upon investigation the problem was located and fixed there and then. Thank you for coming out at short notice and getting me back online, I had a good laugh with your engineer and will certainly use your services again should any issues arise in the future.

My sister was struggling with a tv/aerial problem. We searched on Google for the best folk to help! And found them...in Orbital...Richard was brilliant. .very effective helpful and knowledgeable. We'll certainly call them again and can certainly recommend them.

Ripping off a 92 year old lady and not even doing the job properly to throwing aerials in the customers next door neighbours yard and leaving the aerial in the neighbours garden for their toddlers go hurt themselves! !! Bad management to shocking technicians. Avoid this company! !!

Nearly £600 for a TV aerial fitting. Rip off. I would of refused to pay. Feel they took advantage of occupier.

northampton engineer put up a new aerial, bracket and pole when asked to only fit an aerial, that then 6 weeks later stopped working. the engineer then came again to fit another aerial which this time was new out of a box, the first one wasnt. 3 months later it all fell down taking some bricks with it. he had fitted 2 out of the 4 bolts into the wall and bolted it to the very top brick at the peak of a semi detached house which the last aerial bracket was bolted 5 layers into the wall. PLUS he charged me an extra 50£ CASH for something i was told i needed that then when i phoned the office to ask why, they responded that i was in the wrong and if they want they can take it futher as I committed FRAUD. they put up a new aerial, bracket and pole on the chimley with 6 bolts but wouldnt fix me wall.

many thanks to orbital...rang yest regarding a new aerial...the lady booked an estimate for this afternoon between 1and 5pm....when I got home at 12:45 I had 3 missed calls and voice mails to say the engineer was on the way....when I returned their call at 12: 50 I was told the engineer was no longer in the area. Not impressed...will be looking elsewhere after the weekend.Thanks for the reply..however if a call is booked between 1 and 5 I don't think I should have to stay in all day or carry my phone on my day off...I showed you the courtesy of returning for my appointment an would have expected similar courtesy from a company like yourselves

Took my money quick enough, but not keen to rectify a problem. Was promised a call back from the manager when he returned from his holiday abroad - I had no phone call from him. Email went ignored too. Disgraceful.

Couldn’t wait to take my money but as soon as there was a problem didn’t want to deal with it even though it’s under guarantee.

Fabulous - the engineer turned up on time and quoted us the agreed cost. The work was completed efficiently and quickly, with all of the mess tidied up afterwards - I would definitely recommend!

Cant be trusted to turn up for an agreed time and date appointment. Dont even call you to say they will not be there or are going to be late. Like other companies they obviuosly earn too much money to be concerned about giving customer service. Call then at your loss.
