Summary of Review;Having purchased a new home via private developer, Uplands Kitchens were the chosen supplier for this. Experience below primarily focuses on extremely poor after sales care. Products and design experience was positive and Dale supported with some excellent design inputs.Unfortunately, overall experience is classic case of ‘overpromise and underdeliver’. I would welcome a response (you have my number) to help change my opinion however after a year of trying to make contact for additional items and snags regretfully I have lost hope.Review;Early on with our house build we met at uplands kitchen and the experience for the design etc. was good, Dale gave some good ideas as we worked through it together. This all filled me confidence that Uplands Kitchen would be choice for future projects too. Following this, wherever I could I recommended to family and friends to help grow their business.During design, additional items we wanted were realised and outside scope/budget of what could be supplied with developer. However agreed once we were in house and completed could look to get the extras we wanted direct.Once kitchen was installed and we moved in the after sales care and obtaining any response from Dale and team is absolutely impossible. Multiple calls, messages, visits to store which seems to always be closed I never receive any feedback. I have tried to approach for support on a few snags we had with kitchen and regretfully classic case of ‘overpromise and underdeliver’. Snags have not been resolved for nearly a year now and zero response to calls or messages which I have continued to keep pleasant and respectful. This respect is not being reciprocated by blatant ignoring of my communications.Simultaneous to snags I have tried to ensure open line of continued business and requested quotes to build upon the kitchen that we discussed at time of design. However these quotes have never materialised dispute Dale come out to measure.Unfortunate experience and as a result would not recommend. Many others I have spoken to since have had similar experience. My parents also failed to get a quotation although designs and measurements we taken. Disappointed to say the least.

Well what can I say?? from our initial discussions with Dale and Lindsay in the showroom we have been blown away with the service we have received. After a bit or toing and froing and a few minor tweaks Lindsay came up with a fantastic design for our small kitchen and we were really happy the final layout.Theres also that personal touch, where Dale has called out in the evening to check on progress and to make sure everything was ok.Installation was done by Andrew, who is a real credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble !!. He had his fair share of challenges during the install but nothing phased him. The end result is simply superb, a kitchen to be really proud of !!!!.Not forgetting their plumber (Phil) who did a fantastic job on the plumbing. Under sink is so neat and tidy !.Electrical work and plastering which was done by sub-contractors was completed to an equally high standard.We wouldn't hesitate recommending Uplands Kitchens to any body, whether you have a large or small kitchen (like ours) I'm positive they will give you the kitchen of your dreams.**WE CAN HAND ON HEART HIGHLY RECOMMEND UPLANDS KITCHENS**

I am more than happy with my newly installed kitchen and bathroom. Even though it took a little longer than at first thought, we set a deadline and that was met with. The workmanship throughout is second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Dale was recommended to us by friends, after we had been given the run around by a well known kitchen company. We visited the Showroom and could instantly tell the difference in quality compared to everything else we had seen in Swansea.My wife absolutely loves the design and the special matt doors we were recommended.All in all we are very happy with all the work and would 100% recommend Dale and Uplands Kitchens to anyone.We are hopefully moving home in a year or so, we will definitively go back to Uplands Kitchens if we need a new kitchen

Dale was extremely helpful and professional and provided great advice on the different styles of kitchen available. Show room in Swansea was easy to find and provided an opportunity to see the kitchen units/appliances in person.

Absolutely infuriating, I've been completely ignores by Dale and Lyndsey, I've left phone messages at the shop and on Dale's mobile. I've sent numerous emails and have also called in the shop and spoken to Lyndsey (with my newborn in tow)Left with in incomplete kitchen for 9 months. I'm not the only one either, so don't be fooled by other reviews.In response to your reply below:How have you tried contacting me?I've had no replies to the Numerous emails, I've had no phone calls or replies to my numerous WhatsApp messages and voicemails.I leave 1 review and BOOM get an instant reply!Should I have paid for the installation before it was complete and without the dishwasher door?Are you telling me I haven't paid in full for the kitchen?Because that's bloody news to me!!!

After meeting several local kitchen and bathroom specialists, as well as some national kitchen retailers, we decided to go with Uplands Kitchens for a complete kitchen, utility and downstairs bathroom refurbishment last September (2022). It was a big decision for us, and we haven’t regretted it one bit. Dale, Andrew, Olly and Scott were brilliant, from the “rip-out” of the old kitchen to the finishing touches in the new one, with fantastic attention to detail throughout the installation.Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and they even did some repairs in the upstairs bathroom while they were here.Dale and Lindsay spent a lot of time working on the design with us to make sure we got exactly what we needed, and their experience was invaluable. It looks beautiful.We also got some good recommendations for the floor, electrics and plastering. (We used our own decorator.)If you’re planning to get your kitchen done, we have no hesitation in recommending Dale and his team.

Thanks to Dale and the various trades involved for managing to convert our 1990’s avocado bathroom into a stylish / clean modern one that we are both really pleased with the transformation. Everyone involved were pleasant, helpful, and carried out their work to a very high professional standard especially Phil who had the arduous task of initially getting the old tiles off the wall on - what was - his first day!!

Had a kitchen for our office from uplands kitchen recently. Very professional company. Loads of ideas which was great as I'm hopeless with design and all within our budgets. The products and finish was 1st class. Will definitely be using uplands kitchens again!

Had my new kitchen from these recently . I have to say how pleased I am , I saw Dales design liked it but the actual kitchen is even better . The work was carried out in a professional manner and with respect for my house .I decided for Ash doors in sage green with Neff appliances and am very happy with all of it . I'd happily recommend them to anyone . Work was done as tidily as possible and disruption was kept to a minimum . They also cleaned everything up afterwards.Dale was easy to talk to and happy to adjust plans to suit exactly what I wanted .David LittletonAll that was written when everything was brand new so you would expect it to be good- 6 months on has it continued- I’m delighted to say yes it’s still top notch and now a fully working kitchen . I’m really glad I had it done. I hate saying perfect but this is probably as close as you will get . So again I’d recommend Uplands kitchen and Dale . I doubt you will find better.
