Lee has done numerous jobs at our house and every single one was done with incredible skill. Lee has installed different types of panelling and also built a false wall to house log stores, TV, oak beam and fireplace. We had internal doors from our kitchen into the hallway installed too- we couldnt find what we wanted until Lee sourced and fitted them. Lee had brilliant ideas and understood our vision perfectly. Lee and his team boarded out my loft space, put in a bigger hatch and installed a ladder. They did a fab job, really pleased with it. They turned up on time completed the job within the day as promised and even cleaned up after themselves. Really pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Over the moon with my new storage space.

Lee, Nick and team recently completed our loft conversion. They were friendly, professional, and flexible, and when off-site we’re always responsive to our enquiries. We are very pleased with the final loft space, and with the other trades they engaged to complete the plumbing, electrics etc. In particular, we were grateful for their input regarding the internal layout, and with additional work that we asked to be completed alongside the loft conversion. Overall we are very glad that we engaged Lee and Nick to complete our building project.

Highly recommended. Maple Tree have just completed my loft conversion, creating a new bedroom with en-suite in a previously unusable space. Where to start? arrived to quote on time and listened to exactly what I wanted for my mancave/garage conversion and didn't deviate from the plan. Communication was good from start to finish. Work was finished to a high standard with all rubbish cleared up as the job went along.......... appreciates a good coffee on a morning.Would highly recommend.

Would like to thank lee and nick on a fantastic job they did converting our loft into a bedroom. They have managed to create a room that we have desperately needed for a price that was in our budget and working with us along the way when i would change my mind at the last moment. Lee, Nick and the team are brilliant. We are over the moon with our dormer loft conversion! The standard of their work is superb - I’ll post pictures once the scaffolding is down – they will be on their Facebook page too. It was a pleasure having them in the house, which cannot be said for some builders, they were very diligent and didn’t leave mess at all. The team are all personable, friendly and likeable which is important when they are in your house for weeks on end.We spoke with around eight specialist loft conversion companies and by far were most impressed with the sales process from Maple Tree/Lee….they are not salesy or pushy like some of the other companies and you genuinely feel they are pricing the work correctly, again unlike some who clearly think a loft conversion is a licence to print money! The value for money feels good as they work very hard to deliver, impressive, it’s like a well-oiled machine taking the roof of and getting the steals.I would be happy to recommend Maple Tree Joinery to anyone who will listen, they are legends.
