I cannot fathom how these people make money with how they conduct their business. They do not respond to any inquires no matter how they are sent. I have sent emails, I have called, I have contacted through third-party websites, and I have gone through their own website. The only reply I have ever gotten was to tell me that one of their 4 bedroom properties was not open to sharers. How exactly Lang Llewellyn thinks that 1 person will pay them close to £3000 for a 4 bedroom house is beyond me, but I wish them the best of luck in finding this mythical creature.If you can help it, rent with literally any other agent.

Student rental - they have a very poor reporting system. For emergencies there is no real intention of doing anything about it. A man fields the calls, but nothing happens. Daughter currently locked out of a property on first day because no-one checked the lock or the key. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

According to them they are ‘trusted property professionals’ but I found them to be the complete opposite. Had many issues with my student property which they never bothered helping us out with and myself and my housemates are still waiting on our deposit back when it should’ve been 2 months ago. Do not recommend to anyone especially students.

Would give 1 star if possible. Have not fixed a single maintenance issue on the property which have been present since moving (4 months so far) despite reassurances that it is a top priority. Problems have more often than not been made worse by the contractors they send in or at best no change. Contractors themselves are thoroughly unprofessional, letting themselves in to our property and forgetting details while ignoring what the problems actually are. Lang llewellyn share contact details without permission and will screw you for every pound. Dont use them, save yourself the hassle and cost

They shared my personal details and incorrect information with a third party without my consent, now I'm being harassed for a previous tenant's debt and having to get the police involved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
