Super Quick response responded to my message within a minute and the job was arranged for the next day. I got three quotes and this was the cheapest. John turned up when he said he would and on a Sunday.Really happy with the work and the efficiency. Highly recommend.

We couldn't get in to our new house on a cold dark evening, John was out on another job, but texted me after he'd finished and asked if we still needed help. The other firm I'd contacted hadn't even got back to me.John came within 20 minutes and got us inside, gave us good advice, he did a great job.Definitely recommend Helsby Locksmith.

Emailed to request a price for new locks for front door and back french doors, and it was all confirmed and installed in two days! Very quick response, even fixed our front door which we didn’t know was on an angle. Highly recommend!

I can highly recommend John the Locksmith. We had an issue with a mortise lock on an internal door. John came around on the day and removed the old lock without damaging the door or frame and fitted a new lock. Great service.

John and the team are fantastic. Fitted 4 sets of locks after a suspected attempted break in. Professional service and fair price for the work done, John supplied and fitted maximum security locks and I must say the quality of workmanship is excellent! A number to have saved in your phone for sure, would 100% recommend!

Great service and a very friendly man. The mechanism in our back door broke and the key got stuck on a Sunday. Having a young puppy who needs access to the garden, the job couldn’t wait another day. John was round within an hour and had the door open and the lock replaced in no time.
