The Arcade I purchased from Sharkade was the best thing I ever did. I get comments from everyone that see’s it and had so many nights with friends and family finding their old favourites. They can’t believe what it can do!I did a lot of research at other builders and no one comes close, both for value and quality. Dean is a master at this. He is also very patient and helpful if I ever had any questions and support after sale.I wanted all the classics plus some next gen and the 8TB was a great compromise. Although I would advise anyone to go for the biggest drive they can, its really future proof then.I love it & I’m already thinking about getting an upgrade to the new 16TB he is working on.

I've had my Control Panel for a few months now and can definitely recommend Shar-Kade arcades to my friends and family.It definitely catches the attention of anyone who sees it and they're usually blow away from the great number of games that are available to play and by the nostalgia they feel when they find a game they use to play as a kid.

An excellent machine from Dean at sharkade, I would say its the 'total package' of custom arcade machines.Beautiful custom design with an amazing finish and the gaming equally impressive, the hyperspin front end is superb, very polished!Post sale service is also great, whilst Dean is obviously very busy working on his next lot of orders hes still very welcoming in you giving him a text or call to talk you through any issues you may be having.I went for the 8tb system and have not been able to resist ordering an upgrade to 16tb already after only owning the machine for a month or so!If your looking for a visually eye popping custom arcade with the gaming experience to match, then highly, highly recommended!!

I can't express enough how impressed I am by this machine. If you are looking for a true plug and play system, this is it. Dean is with you every step of you have any questions but after playing with system, it's really easy to pick up and play. Not only that but you get the customization that YOU want. I'm in love with this design. South Park has been my favorite for years and Shar-Kade has made a machine that reflects my favorite show come to life. If you look closely, you can see all the characters faded into the machine. Playing with this machine is second to none, but what really impress me is Dean's knowledge. I've talked to him only a few times but I can tell he's driven and doesn't stop moving forward. And as busy as he is, he himself makes time for all his customers. A one man machine!Anyone that's on the fence of getting one and can, go for it! The quality of work and service you will get is worth every cent!

Space is limited for my lounge so I searched for a Bartop that had high spec to run the latest games with the most systems packed into one powerful machine. Currently only Shar-Kade make the best 2 player arcade bartop that is compact enough to fit a small room, all other top cabinet builders are going for the biggest massive cabinet with largest screen or 4 player setup which simply won't fit my small lounge, a 27inch bartop that look smart is just right for me. Dean is dedicated to create artwork design that look professional and would go through each step in process as what a graphic designer would do.When I received the actual product, due to countless of games, it's normal to expect issues with some games not loading or controls not working etc. and although Dean is normally busy working as a one man team, at the end of the day he would arrange a time with me to solve the issues one by one and answer all my questions so as long as you're patient, the after sale service is always there and excellent.

The unit I received is a masterpiece. Custom artwork, top notch quality, great packaging and the customer service is unparalleled. I just recently upgraded to the 32gb hard drive. You will not be disappointed. Dean is the man.

Ordered my SHAR-KADE from Dean and it got delivered June 2022 had the machine running great now for past 7 months I've added a few new titles with the help from Dean at SHAR-KADE and have recently built a couple of GUN4IR rifles this takes the machine to a new level especially with the hdmi out allowing me to connect to my TV.Even 7 months after purchasing Dean has also helped me configure the unit to work great with these lightguns his customer service is second to none he always helps his customers past and present.

We bought the arcade in Nov 22 and after months of gaming thought we would leave a review. This machine is a 24Gb build and 3060 graphics card. We are over the moon with the design and quality of the machine. Photos don’t always do the images justice. They are really sharp in person . I was a 70s child and brought up in the world of arcades and home computers . I’ve been gaming all my life and to have the ability to play all those classic games again in a full size machine has been amazing . I also bought the machine with my daughter in mind and she has been enjoying playing Nintendo Switch and PC games . We have had many a night gaming together and finding new titles to play. Friends and family have also enjoyed being transported back to their youth playing some of the classic titles. I would highly recommend buying from Sharkade. We have had a couple of minor issues with software and Dean has sorted them out straight away . He is always on hand to help out and solve any issues . Top class customer service . Our Xbox series X is rarely seeing any use these days as we have more fun on the arcade machine ! Sharkade gets a 5* review from us!

So, I've had my bartop for a little while now and I just want to say that I'm blown away. Before I had this I had many (many) Arcade1ups that had on average of 12 games on them each. This bartop has literally thousands of games including every game available for Arcade1ups as well many modern titles (which are continually being updated with new drives).Also, the gentleman behind Star-Kade (Dean) will let you either pick a pre-designed theme (of which there are many) or he will gladly work with you to produce your own theme making your arcade a bespoke item. He is also on hand to answer any of your questions or to help you with any technical issues that you may be experiencing. And, aside from the awesome Arcade, Dean's willingness to go the extra mile for his customers and care for the products he produces is second to none.In closing, I cannot recommend Shar-Kade enough. Yes, you do pay a premium, but you get what you pay for. And, if you were to buy the equivalent Arcade1ups, you're still saving a lot of money. Plus, the product is better. there're better sticks and buttons, a massive screen (an Arcade1up has a seventeen inch screen, my bartop has a thirty-two) and also an awesome set of speakers. All in all, I'm very pleased with my bartop and would buy it again.
