First time with Rathgael Vets & couldn't fault a thing. Their welcome, appointment availability, friendliness and professionalism along with total kindness to my cat makes me very glad I choose to use them. I have every confidence in their care of my pet going forward. They had both my cat's and my best interests at heart at all times.

Incredible place, has saved my dog's life numerous times due to strokes and accidents, wouldn't trust anyone else to go to, all of the staff are truly incredible and the fact my dog is 16 years old now and still bouncing about is a true testament to how amazing this vets are!

My partner and I just moved to the area and we’re trying out a new vet close to the house. Getting the pet registered and setting up our first appointments were so easy. Also, the pet plan they have on offer really makes sense.The vet was kind and patient with my doggy and the other staff were also very nice. Highly recommend and give it 4 paws up!

We have been attending Rathgael vets since Max was a pup. As he is now 11 and suffering from arthritis, we are frequent visitors. The care Max receives is absolutely first class. The staff have a genuine passion for what they do and also sincerely care for Max. More than happy to recommend.

Absolutely amazing with my wee recuse pup helping her for comfortable when in the treatment room and such a warm welcome when we arrived to the vet clinic.

Def more about the money than the pet . Consultation fee is £52.50 that's just to see your pet. My cat had a bite and they got into the insurance for well over £1000 for this which I complained about got a phone call for it but never actually received the itemised breakdown in what was included for that. Also initially we didn't tell them we'd insurance and asked for a cost was told around the £200 so how it went from this to over £1000 ? Also my dog has recurrent ear infections I requested an antibiotic you can see the ear is infected I must see the pet so I stated I would change vets as their consultation fee was just too expensive , after being with them for many years and since they are so concerned and have a duty of care to the pet their response was f you are cancelling your pet plan we will do a bill up of what you owe us. They may itemise it or I will be taking it further

Staff are very friendly and helpful vet was great with Kobe would definitely recommend them

Very friendly staff & vets, not so sure pup enjoyed her visit as much, well at least the vaccination part!
