We contacted Eleanor to help with some problems with our young Yorkshire Terrier.Once we had told Eleanor what the problems were she worked with the dog and showed us how we could resolve them. The results were amazing and we saw an immediate improvement. We have continued with the training and our dog is now very well behaved and happier.Eleanor is a lovely person and kind and patient with the dogs. After being recommended to Eleanor and i am so glad i was. Eleanor really was instrumental in us now having a our wonderful dog Bonnie. Eleanor made a couple of house visits when Bonnie was first with us, as it had been 11 years since we last had a pup and you do forget those little things! After going through the early basics we decided to join one of Eleanor's puppy classes and it was informative, professional, engaging but above all fun for all of us and Bonnie loved it especially the end of class play! I would without hesitation recommend Eleanor for all your dog training needs and her use of positive reward based methods is fantastic. On a personal level Eleanor helped me make a leap of faith and set up my own pet care company Scamps and Champs in ReIgate and cant thank her enough for all her words of encouragement. We were recommended to Eleanor by a friend and I’m so glad we did. Our 14 month old Labrador would not leave the park after exercise he would sit or lay down I would have to carry him home. I thought there was something medically wrong with him so we took him to the vets who thoroughly examined him including x-rays, blood tests, heart monitor and so on. There was nothing wrong, so we decided after speaking to a friend to hire Eleanor on a one to one training program. This was the best thing we did. He has now become the most well-behaved teenage Labrador he now walks across the park off lead to heal, no longer tries to sit or pull and has now become a model dog wouldn’t hesitate at all in recommending Eleanor as a dog trainer she is absolutely fantastic! And the follow up emails are very helpful.

Eleanor came to help us with our very nervous newly adopted Border collie. By the end of the first session she had put steps in place to socialise him with our cats, and also basic commands (he hadn't got any when he arrived)Over the visits she made the training fun and our dog responded really well and enjoyed the training we did on a daily basis in between her visits. Eleanor always sent an email explaining what we had done at the session and also handouts for us to follow if we forgot. Eleanor has helped us to progress a long way with our new boy.

Eleanor has been so helpful with our puppy! From basic training to more complex learning and tricks as well. He thoroughly enjoys the lessons and gets so excited when she is round. The 1 to 1 sessions really help you connect to your pet. Highly recommend. The follow up emails are great and allow you to continue to train.

Eleanor has been brilliant with our puppy. She clearly explains and lays foundations that you can build on to help successfully teach your dog new behaviours. She also is brilliant at understanding the dogs behaviour and adapts training to cater for the individual. Highly recommend you won't be dissapointed.

Eleanor is a great trainer, We are first time dog owners. We were lucky to find her and with a lot of patience she helped us learn how to keep our puppy safe. Leon (our loveable cheeky Yorkshire terrier) and his adopted parents (us) have enjoyed every one to one session, puppy classes and agility training. I contacted Eleanor when we had our golden retriever puppy arrive and we started puppy training one to one online. I have found Eleanor’s lessons to be fun, informative and most importantly, my puppy and I have learnt so much. Eleanor follows up after the lesson with and email going over everything.In doing the one to one lessons, we have been able to focus on the most important aspects for my puppy and make the most of the time during lessons. We have had two training sessions with Eleanor and both were of real benefit. The first was a one to one hour at out home. As well as basic training techniques we learnt a lot from seeing how she interacted with our puppy to get the most training effect. The second was an agility beginners class spread over several evenings. This was more challenging in terms of getting our dog to focus but we have seen good progression and have enjoyed the sessions which are good fun. Very happy to recommend her as a well informed and dedicated dog trainer.
