Burger was a good size and well made. Thought the bun could have been better, fresher and lettuce looked sad. However I give it a decent rating of 4

Brim Big Juicy Burgers
Excellent food. Burgers came wrapped up in foil which kept the temp warm. Chips are also spot on with good portions. We have been there twice now since being recommended and they’re definitely going to be the go to takeaway. Milkshakes are delicious as well.

Burger was top notch, store had no tots unfortunately so went for the onion rings which were quite basic. Flooring also made me dizzy when i looked down

I hardly get takeaways anymore as most of the time they are rotten. Just ordered from Brim! Bloody delicious. Best take out food I have had in years!

Brim Big Juicy Burgers
Used to be very good. Now it takes almost an hour and a half for delivery and because of that, the food comes cold (not even warm) so effects taste. Happened once recently, and gave another go because I actually liked the food before but service has let them down

Ordered through UberEats twice in the last few months and both orders arrived stone-cold...The most recent order was 21/10/2023 and it was terrible, even the sweet potato fries were overcooked (almost black)...Brim Burger give their drivers too many orders to deliver on one trip, so it is no wonder the last few customers get cold food...You wouldn't accept food of this standard in a restaurant, so why accept it because it's been delivered...Went in to the shop the next day for refund and received half my money back..SHOCKING SERVICE AND FOOD!

Spent just over £50 and ordered 3 build your own burgers with chips each and 2 sides. We’d asked if it was possible to have an extra patty on each burger and we could pay if chargeable but this wasn’t possible, we would have added it but there was no option on Uber eats. We also didn’t receive one of the chips ordered, seems minor but considering chips are £3.45 and we’d ordered £50 of food and waited an hour for it to be delivered, I can’t say I was impressed. We also ordered last time and had the same problem where the chips weren’t delivered, we’ve ordered her a good few times but not any more. Food is excellent though.

Brim Big Juicy Burgers
My go-to burger joint when I’m visiting Luton! The burgers always taste fresh, have the correct balance of salad/sauce/condiments and price to quality ratio is good too. I’d recommend trying the fiery brimstone burger. Great customer service from the team too!
