Combat Cellar

I made the hour and a bit drive from Peterborough to come down and take a look, with a particular style of trouses that I wanted for work in mind. I frequently use a closer to home surplus for most of my needs, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Phill was welcoming in this tightly pack man cave full of delights, helping me find what I needed within a flash. Facilities to try on clothing are available, with mirrors if required. The store has a good mix of new labels stock and proper surplus goodies to get your mits on. The site is on the smaller side, it’s not a massive warehouse full of surplus goods as some people may be used to, but it is worth trip of an hour or so if you’ve got a day to spare and fancy a deep dive into the realms of kit for your hobbies or work.

I only came to see what airsoft guns there was and the staff was very friendly, might come back to actually buy the airsoft weapons, definitely recommend!

What a fantastic find, well worth the trip from London. Lots of very interesting bits, new stuff and old, artillery casings and air soft guns. My son was very happy with the visit. Highly recommended.

This is a haven for any Airsoft / Paintball / Military lovers! The range of items and uniforms is just crazy. Would recommend this to everyone.

Great place to get cadet kit. Everything you need but sometimes a bit hidden but ask! 10% off for cadets. Warning though do not park in any incorrect bay! You will be fined

Decent shop, in a world where physical military surplus shops are a rare sight now. We're lucky to have it in our town. Decent selection of items, and also very helpful. If you're after something speciffic, they'll try and get it in for you, and let you know when it's in. Top marks.

Regularly visit Phil, whether that's for surplus, new airsoft equipment and/or just a chat.Highly recommended to pop down and just visit to have a look.

Excellent store. Staff are friendly and helpful :) Have pretty much everything and even a few weird unique things. Prices are fine.Anyone moaning about the prices are comparing them to online prices (which online will nearly always be cheaper). You don't always know what you're getting online though.I'd rather pay an extra £4-5 on a pair of boots if it keeps a local store open and I get to try them on and easily take them back.
