Nvision Eyecare

Nvision was an absolute pleasure to visit. The doctor my mum was dealing with was very helpful as she was a bit nervous about getting contact lenses. Greta was also super helpful in supporting my mum along the way and had great advice to give. She had previously bought prescription glasses from another place that gave her headaches and made her dizzy, Nvision provided her with really good quality glasses and she has no discomfort anymore. Very happy customer! :)

Called up Monday morning as my daughter lost her glasses whilst we were on holiday, and I explained to the lady on the phone how she will be back at school the following day, the lady was so helpful and explained she will try her best to get a replacement sorted out for her. I Could not believe it when she called me back to say they would be ready to collect the following day and even allowed us to have them fitted extra early before school. I was so impressed with the speedy service and the help from the lady, she has Made my whole week.

Great customer support, my query was handled quickly and efficiently. My glasses were high quality for the price I paid, left me satisfied, strongly advise coming here.

First of all the optician was very odd, he kept on passing wind during the eye exam. This was most strange but he did apologise every time which was appreciated. The eye exam was so thorough and efficient. However, the optician was overly friendly asking me questions unrelated to my eyes such as when I last used the bathroom and when I last showered even questioning my choice in shoes. He went on to examine mine and my wife’s feet giving us foot massages. Overall great service would definitely recommend.

Not impressed! If you can't get something right don't blame it on special circumstances...a customer has either paid or not... its your fault if someone can't record information properly. Wow just read some of the comments made to a child's mother...certainly won't be coming to you again. Disgusting. Firstly it wasn't aggressive. Your colleague was toldthe service was rubbish. You obviouslyhaven't investigated hard enough as your colleague called asking to come and collect the glasses. Either way your records should of been updated so there wasn't an issue. There is no need for poor communication with today's tech. Secondly, from the last response to the lady with child I can see your aggression very well! As for excellent service just take a look at some of your responses to customers who was not happy ! Excellent customer skills Services...I think not!

Brought my son here as he had issues with eyes watering and irritation. These guys are so helpful and provided so much advice. Eye drops and glasses were recommended and have made a huge difference. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Professional from booking the appointment through to dispensing optician and after care. Thanks for all your help.

Unless you find yourself in a desperate situation, I wouldn't recommend this optician. Their limited selection and significantly higher prices compared to Specsavers and Halil Optician left my mother feeling that she overpaid for her eyewear. Both Specsavers and Halil Optician offer better choices and value for money. I'd advise exploring other options for your eyewear needs.

This was my first visit to Nvision and i was really impressed with my eye check, optician was very thorough and explained everything to me and gave me some great advice , which no optician has ever gave me that time and information before. Greta helped me choose a beautiful frame she knew the style I wanted and nothing was too much trouble for her, such a positive experience for me. will definitely be returning

Very disappointed. I pay £400 only for the plastic Armani frame and I received a plastic glasses case. That case is not more than 50p. When I exposed my disappointment she told me that she didn't had time to find another case, but I waited for the glasses 2 weeks. For all the service I pay £630 and I received Chinese items. In other places I received offers for half price. They only steal our money.

They went above and beyond optician and staff were so friendly and personable. Second to none to be honest. Thankyou so much
