Once again, a brilliant service from LittleJohn Flooring. They previous made a superb job of carpeted our living room and new extension. We have just had them back to sort out the flooring in our two spare rooms which we have knocked into one. As there were floorboards which had some large gaps and pipe holes in them, Chris advised putting hardboard down underneath the underlay before carpeting - this has also helped with the noise. It has totally transformed the room and we will certainly be having LittleJohn back in the New Year to do the rest of the upstairs. We wouldn't go anywhere else now. Professional, punctual, great communication and offer a friendly service. Thank you Lorraine and Chris!

This company provided 5 star service. Due to personal circumstances we needed a delivery and fitting within two weeks! Chris and Lorraine ensured this was done, even completing a last minute re order within two days! Exceptional service!! The carpets look superb! The advice given regarding the safety of carpets for our mother was really useful. We will be back to you guys in the future and thankyou again.

Great experience from day 1. Chris came to see us after our initial enquiry and could not have been more helpful. He was thorough with his explanation of our options, brought lots of samples and even left them overnight with us so we could take our time with our choice.Lorraine and the office team are very friendly and were so accommodating working the fitting dates around our needs.Chris came to fit the floor and we are delighted with the result. Once again Littlejohn flooring have exceeded all expectations. We have used them for every room in our house and would not go anywhere else. From visiting their showroom and speaking with Lorraine, Chris coming round to measure up and then finally the floor being laid perfectly. Found LittleJohn Flooring through Google having checked their reviews. Would certainly recommend them too as they were extremely professional and did a fabulous job fitting the carpet. Our building work had slipped badly and we were not sure it would be finished by Christmas but Lorraine bent over backwards and they moved our carpet fitting date as close to Christmas as they could and so instead of having a building site of a living room for Christmas Day, we actually had a proper home again for the first time since April. Over the moon with it and LOVE the Artic Fox carpet which is perfect for any Jack Russell owners - it does not show up dog hairs. Miracle! Thank you so much everyone at LittleJohn.
