I can totally agree with the high marks given by other reviewers. We had to find a small engined, automatic car for my parents from the USA, and found one here.SK Motors made us feel welcomed. They let us do the normal 'tyre-kicking' and Test-Drive bits (nothing was too much hassle) and answered all our questions knowledgeably and truthfully - and there was absolutely ZERO pressure to buy at any stage.A great experience (and they made us all a great cup of tea, too).I highly recommend buying your next used car from these guys (they give great warranties on their cars, too !).Many thanks for everything (particularly Ru**** and Ib**** - you know who you are !).

SK Motors, were friendly and very helpful. They gave me all the information I asked for on the car and looked things up online. When we spotted something that needed to be mended, it was sorted very quickly without a problem.I would recommend them as a sales garage.

I went to Birmingham on 28 Aug looking for a car for my daughter. I spoke with a dealer named Rebel, I drove the car around and Rebel assured me the car had undergone an extensive inspection and safety check. I called him back the next day and placed a deposit on the car. on 31 Aug I purchased the car. On Friday the 29th of September my daughter was driving home and she was having issues with the car. She managed to get home. I have been traveling and just arrived back in the UK on 3 Oct. After looking at the car it appears the clutch has failed. On Wednesday 4 October I called Rebel and sent an email to the company mailbox. Rebel said his manager would contact me. I received a call from Imran on Wednesday after. I explained the problems I had with the car and he refused to refund me for the car. He said that even if he did refund me for the car he'd charge me for wear and tear and administrative cost. I tried to explain that the fault developed within the 30 day period, but he said I contacted him outside of the 30 days. Don't deal with this company!

A Sunday visit with my wife, that saw us purchasing a Škoda roomster. I must say the dealer was very patient, helpful and knew a customer when he saw one.In the end we got the model we wanted, but it's much to early to say if we got the car we wanted. There was no pressure from the sales staff and he even offered some very useful advice and some after sales pointers.Be prepared - Knowing the right questions to ask is probably the key.

Recently bought a new car from here and got great service! Staff member went above and beyond from beginning to end of my experience. Really recommend!

Easy car buying experience, staff well informed about the cars in their stock, happy to allow test drives and moved several cars out of the way to free up the one we wanted. Car hadn't been valeted before viewing but staff explained why and had it done before collection. Easy process to hold a car until my old car was sold and easy to contact to confirm details or ask more questions. Straightforward sales transaction. Mainly worked with Kash (who loves his food). Would happily but another vehicle from these guys.

Be very mindful buying from these guys.... !!! brought a car which broke down on my partner and children 6 weeks later... the warranty it seems only covers 1/3 of any work. Took 3 weeks to speak to a manager about the long list of faults with car for t to pass MOT.Then they tell me nothing they were prepared to do to assist with anything after giving them £2000 less than 2 months before. So far car has cost me another £1300 at personal cost to fix, new rear arm, suspension, brakes, discs, alternator battery and coil springs and wheel bearings. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude and dreadful service received.

Found SK motors to be very friendly and felt no pressure. Ended up buying car which they delivered same day!! Would definitely recommend.

I bought my Nissan micra from here about a week ago and the customer service team were really helpful and knowledgeable as well as getting my car serviced for me before collection. I’ve had no problems so far and i’m really happy thank you for your help!
