Aztec's Bikes

I was originally recommended Aztec bikes after having a problem at another bike store so I came to them somewhat skeptical and more questioning than before.Thankfully this place has restored my faith in good mechanics and great value bike repairs being available in London. I spoke to Nick about my bike and his knowledge was incredible. I was preparing to ride from Leeds to London for charity and so took my bike in to be checked over.The bike needed work and Nick was great giving me options on what I could do with different budget levels as I had already spent so much preparing for the ride. He predicted that my wheels were coming to end of life and on the last day of my ride the event support mechanic confirmed that the freehub needed to be replaced.I have already had another bike serviced with Aztec and each time the advice has been spot on and puts other less independant bike shops to shame.Thank you for getting me through my ride

It's my first cycling experience since I've moved to London and was searching everywhere for an honest and genuine repair shop to inspect and service my second hand bicycle.Look no further. Marco is honestly one of the most genuine and experienced people I've met and gave me the confidence to ride safely around town knowing my bike is in top condition and road ready.His customer service is incredible. He took his time to educate me on what he's done, why he's done it, and answer any questions I have even when another customer is waiting.I highly recommend his shop and would take his advice anytime.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Marco at Aztec Bikes. Went in to discuss purchasing a bike on a Tuesday, was given same price as online, delivered to shop, set up and ready to collect within 48 hours!

Went to take off mudguards because they had broken and the service was great. They checked my bike and gave me a reasonable quotation for the maintenance needed. The communication was always good and my bike now feels great for a great price. Thank you Aztec’s Bikes!

I was feeling a bit frustrated for not being able to find a local store for my bike as the customer service at the one near my home was very poor and then suddenly I found this place!!. I can only say it is amazing, Nick served my bike and left it in great shape, they are very honest and good at their job, just replaced some bits and pieces which I think is normal wear and tear and I didn’t feel they were trying to push me into getting extra pieces it didn’t need. Well done Marco and Nick and keep up the great work!!
