Really delighted with our two large Barn Oak frames. Heidi was helpful, accommodating of our requirements and produced the frames within a couple of weeks of our ordering. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The frames arrived well wrapped and the recipient (they were a gift) described them as “beautiful”, what more can I say :)

Heidi is amazing and has produced the most amazing picture frame. I love the Oak frame and think this compliments this original I bought in South Africa over 12 years ago. The whole picture and wood are the essence of my birth in Africa and upbringing.My one wish is to share this with the original artist.I just love it.Heidi is so thoughtful, patient and has pulled all the strings together. I highly recommend her services.

Beautifully made wooden frames - just like in the pictures. They didn’t have one in the unusual size I needed so Heidi made me a bespoke one in just a few days, out of driftwood. Great customer service too.

It took me months to find the perfect frame for a quirky 17th century delft tile until I came across the Rustic Picture Frame Company. Driftwood frame has stunning weathered texture which accentuated the beauty of an old tile.Heidi was very quick and efficient to revert with technical details and answers to all my questions. She was very helpful to slightly adjust the opening to accommodate for uneven edges of the tile.I am happy to recommend Heidi’s frames to anyone who is looking to accentuate an art object with a gorgeous unique rustic frame.

I recently purchased a bespoke picture frame from Heidi. She was extremely helpful giving me advice on the types of wood to use, and what colour would go best as a surround. nothing was too much trouble.she showed me the photos of the wood and what it looked like when she finished it to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I also purchased a mirror at the same time. Delivery was prompt and myself and my husband were taken aback by how good they both looked. They are both beautifully made and the wood used is gorgeous. Two days later I bought another picture frame and we are now looking at buying another mirror and more frames. I would highly recommend, you certainly will not be disappointed.

Heidi has made me the most beautiful bespoke frame for my cross stitch. Really high level of workmanship and it compliments the piece so well. Heidi took time to find out what exactly I wanted. I sent her photos and screenshots. She picked up my cross stitch and then hand delivered the finished work. It was done really quickly and to a high standard. Now I have this unique piece that really does have a story to tell. My inner eco warrior is content that I have helped up cycle and repurpose something. I am definitely going to want Heidi to frame more of my work in the future.

If I could give ten stars I would!I have had quite a few frames made by Heidi and its always such a wonderful process. She takes great care to ensure that you are happy with what's been made.I often need custom sizes and shapes which she is more than happy to do and I always end up with something truly unique that often becomes a bit of a showstopper in the house!
