I'm being generous saying it's ok. The store itself is laid out well and has everything you would need. It's the staff that lets the place down. .miserable and don't interact well with customers, this is serving staff that have been there for years, perhaps a wee course in customer relations is in order ... must point out though that i've used the bakery section many times over the years to collect birthday cakes and they have always been lovely. I avoid using this store unless I can't help it and travel much further to either Tesco or Asda.

Poor choice of stock. Frequently boarded up windows that have been smashed, and thanks to the minority the toilets are closed early due to bad behaviour, probably heroin as there used to be a UV light in the wc's. NOT the shops fault, the atmosphere just isn't good. Lovely staff.

Clean, bright and good coffee latte. It is all pluses.Price for coffee latte 2.40£ it is too much.Cheese and onion slices was too fat and like ingredients have palm! fat. :(Not far from me on sofas, was 3 light drunk guys.

Staff very nice. Usual food lines. Visited toilets. The toilets themselves were clean however the sanitary bins were overflowing. Pretty disgusting!

They have time unlimited free parking here and a little coffee shop to chill in. There is a toilet near the entrance with a big display of current promotions opposite. There is also an in store bakery and a small display of hot food to go next to a big display of cold drinks and sandwiches. There are lots of till with a choice of self scan, basket tills and big trolley tills. Fresh foods are well displayed with good looking produce, meat and dairy. Pretty much all you need.

A very handy location just out of Inverness city centre towards The Caledonian canal.Within the coop store is a very good cafe which stays open til about 6pm.The food is well cooked and well presented.The coop store is well stocked with frequent money saving offers. There is ample parking on two sides of the building.

As a supermarket chain, I find them to be more expensive than others. They can be good for special offers. Checkouts can be really slow, especially if you get more than a basket. Staff aren't always that friendly.

I find that the food produce is very good, my only complaint is that the stores are too small so cannot always get what I want.As an extra the Christmas party food is the best I have bought. Far better than M&S and cheaper.

For a wee store, it has a lot of stock.Fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh bakery items, meat, dairy etc... Good prices too..plus membership bonus deals and money back on the card to use later.Staff are friendly and helpful.Just a great local shop!

As always the service and cleanliness and choice were good.Unfortunately the card machine had gone down at the only belt cashpoint available.This was unfortunate but I felt it was difficult as I have mobility issues and was be oming quite painful.The staff were very helpful though and I shop here often with no complaint.
