Bought a pony bridle for my little grand daughter and I was amazed at the quality leather for so cheap a price. I wasn't sure of the size for her Welsh A as this bridle didn't come in the small pony option, I rang the shop and instead of talking me into another smaller one,( which she had but was more expensive), the lady on the phone shortened the bridle to see what she thought. She said she was sure it would fit and I was happy with that, but she said let me ring you back"

Purchased an item on a thursday morning and paid extra for 24hr delivery as needed it fast, it did not arrive until the monday, no refund of delivery offered. Poor customer service
