I am a first time buyer and Jewel carried out a gas safety check looking at the heating and boiler at the property. As a first time buyer I am nervous and had loads and loads of questions, Jewel couldn't be more helpful and patient. He took the time to talk me through the work that needs doing in the property and he was prompt with the report to send to the solicitor. It was nice to speak to such a happy, friendly person and I will be booking if I do eventually get my house! Thank you Jewel!

I was repeatedly let down and fobbed off.Took time off work.I think because it was a £100 job it was dismissed.Personally,if it just was not worth bothering with id rather of known so i could of got it sorted myself.Such a shame as i had plans on using him to renovate my bathroom.But after this im sorry its a no.Sorted the problem elsewhere.

I’ve used McCanns for several jobs over the years (Radiator install / Gas fire service / Boiler replacement) and the service is excellent.When it’s urgent Tom has always managed to get us seen promptly, and more regular jobs have been scheduled so I know what’s going on and can plan ahead.Dependable and high quality work.

Thomas re-plumbed our entire house, installed a beautiful bathroom, a downstairs toilet and our kitchen appliances. He is very professional and is always super friendly and ready to help with advice. He never hesitated to put some extra effort in, as his priority is to deliver the best possible outcome. The quality of his work is outstanding and he takes pride in his work. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs gas/water installations or any other work around the house, as he also works with a great team of plasterers, builders etc. Thank you so much, Thomas!
