My mum who is 87, has used Tesco, Leisure Way since it first opened. Un-be-known to her they have put in cameras and parking charges, limited stay times only. She happened to exceed her time and has been sent a parking charge notice. Did Tesco inform shoppers via flyers in advance about the charges coming into force, not that I am aware of!. My mum who has mobility issues, and has to take her time plus browsing at Christmas stuff and purchasing may I add, it all takes time. Don't have all the gifts and extra things on show if people can not take their time in browsing, hence customer will shop else where now. ridiculous idea charging people, all because McDonalds have opened!

Not liking the facial recognition camera's on all the self service tills without any explnation of what they are actually used for and what happens to the information. No doubt Teco have greased the palms of a private contractors to provide and install this tech, which they are well within thier rights to do, but Tesco really need to be clearer to thier customers about who gets the information and how is it stored, how long its stored for and what happens to it after its been 'used' for whatever purpose. It's like your bening looked at as a shoplifter as a opposed to a customer.

No 24hr Pay at pump! Petrol station is always blocked off with cones! Avoid this garage anytime of day, they aren’t normally open, the garage is just there for show.

Bad layout. You walk straight into the clothes section. The greengrocery section, which is probably the most important, should have been first followed by tinned and packet food. As an elderly person who uses a walking stick I don't like having to walk to the far end of the shop for my food shopping.

The store has a huge car park, and the the parking here is free. There is also a bus stop outside the store as well.There is a huge selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, and quality foods. The shelves are usually quite tidy and well stocked. There are lots of checkouts too. The staff are helpful if you need help finding an item.This store also has a cafe, phone shop section, a clothing department, travel money exchange booth, passport photo booth, a nearby Tesco petrol station, and a Timpsons (which offers services such as dry cleaning, key cutting, tech repairs)

This was a good location for store location, they are loads of holiday parks around in this area. There is fuel available to purchase, of course. Would be nice to have for free now and again. Set up of the location determined by on trendy and it’s nice to see something different. Lots of aisles to look at, for most things you need. Lost a star because there is no hot deli counter but bakery is available to use. The alcohol section is smaller than most Tesco but they have set it to maximise the area
