I'm a landlord and have worked with Frosts letting agency in St Albans. Over the years I have always found them to be very professional, strong in communication and tenancy management, and quick to respond to questions. More recently I have had the pleasure of working with Sheetal Shah who has been really excellent in her advice and professionalism. Nothing is ever a problem for her and she has been great to communicate with. I would recommend working with Frosts.

Have recently moved to St. Albans and found a flat to rent through Frosts - from viewing the flat to moving in, they have been really helpful and responsive making our big move easy. Darcie, in particular, has been great as our main point of contact - explaining everything clearly and not overburdening us with information (like some Estate Agents in the past have!) She has been super friendly and approachable and I have been impressed. I would definitely use Frosts again!

I have recently been trying to find a property to rent in St Albans. I registered with numerous agents and I have to say that Frost's were head and shoulders above all the rest in their pro-activity, professionalism and customer service.A particular mention for Rose Johnson who understood what I wanted, gave me confidence that Frosts would find me somewhere suitable, and did exactly as promised.

Oliver Banks who was in touch with us throughout the process was very helpful and made sure all our queries were resolved promptly. Olly was very polite, extremely professional and a friendly person. Would definitely recommend renting from Frosts estate agents. It's always challenging finding the right house and making sure it's in your budget. I frankly tell you guys, not many letting agent in St Albans is helpful, friendly and professional (real personal experience), however, Frost’s is different, because they have Mr Oliver Banks.From the first day we pop to their branch, to every email afterward, Oliver shown how his friendly help and professional service by introducing different property, arranging view, replying email prompt and accurate.People always feel having a hidden wall between agent and customer, but Oliver can break this wall. The communication was excellent and he was able to find us exactly what we was looking for, in terms of the location, size of property and the dates to accommodate our family.
