A & R replaced the clutch on my car. Ryan was friendly, professional and conscientious. I am very happy with the work and the competitive price agreed. Ryan’s competence in the diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults and choice of remedial action is matched by his superb customer service. He has picked up our dearly loved but rather whiskery Suzuki for repair and service a number of times at no additional cost, kept us informed of potential costs at all stages, and given his professional opinion as to prognosis in terms that laymen such as myself can easily understand and use to make informed decisions.
