***Excellent Customer Service*** As luck would have it, my balcony door jammed on the hottest day of the year. In the evening. On a weekend. My flat was let on Airbnb and I was out of the country, so when the guests called to say the flat is like an oven and they cannot open the balcony door, I jumped right on it. I called Umar at 7:30 pm. He was prompt, reliable, polite and honest-- within 30 minutes the lock problem was resolved.
