They have a friendly, local & low-key approach to property management, striking the right balance between keeping my tenants happy which I value greatly, and protecting my interests as an owner. They have a comprehensive list of sensibly priced, local trades and react quickly to issues reported by my tenants. If I'm out of contact, I'm confident that problems will be dealt with competently & efficiently. Emma Carter in particular, is a welcome constant in the rental department with considerable knowledge and experience.

Sally Corey was an excellent agent. In her initial viewing of our property she was sincere and succinct. During the process of the sale of the property, Sally was enthusiastic, organised and professional whilst dealing with prospective buyers. The sale was long and complicated but Sally was supportive and had very good communication skills all the way through the process.I would highly recommend using West of Exe .

Having already been on the market for a year without a sale when we approached West of Exe I was apprehensive about what they could do to help. Sally couldn't have been more reassuring with her attention to detail and thorough approach it made all the difference. Even when the sale was agreed she continued to follow through with the paperwork and little queries to ensure we made it to completion with as little hassle as possible.
