We wanted to sincerely thank Carl and Julie for the professionalism, compassion and empathy shown to myself, dad and family. The support given to us on the passing of mum was exceptional going above and beyond to facilitate visits for dad nothing was ever too much trouble and we will be eternally grateful. We have got no hesitation in recommending Carl and Julie , infact we would highly recommend them.I spoke to Julie to start funeral arrangements , I didn't know where to begin but Julie was was patient and compassionate.She explained that our son / brother would be taken into their care from the hospice and then explained the next steps , from there we we're more than satisfied that he would receive the greatest of care . It’s been nearly a year since the passing of my late father. Andreas Florou. All I can say is thank you so much to both Carl & Julie Jones who looked after my father in the most caring way. As you can imagine with such a huge loss to the family their caring and unobtrusive attention to every detail was taken care of, from the early hours of the morning until even after the funeral to check If we needed anything at all. Nothing was too much trouble...it’s rare in this day & age that you find kind people like this that understand & really care about families in their time of need & who are genuinely sincere. The whole day of the funeral worked like clockwork from the moment we all left the house...until late in the evening. Carl & Julie you are a credit to your business & we cannot thank you enough for your professionalism in our time of need & for looking after our father until he was laid to rest. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to others who may need it in the future.From the bottom of my heart thank you so much .

Simply amazing! I cannot recommend them enough. They put their hearts into what they do. They were there for us after we lost our baby daughter and the service provided was nothing short of amazing. And it was also free. They did not charge us even for her coffin or the flowers provided. The very kind gesture was light for us at a time we needed it the most. Thank you so much Carl! You’re truly appreciated.

I just wanted to sincerely thank both Carl and Julie from Jones Funeral Directors for their total professionalism whilst conducting my husband Mike’s funeral arrangements.They are the most efficient, sincere, compassionate and kind people I have ever met.Unfortunately there were delay issues with the hospital regarding releasing my husband from the hospital to the undertakers, and although not within their remit, both Carl and Julie constantly tried to negotiate with the hospital as they understood that we as a family wanted Mike to be resting with them.Carl and Julie collected Mike as soon as the hospital sorted out their paperwork. They ensured Mike was treated with absolute respect and dignity, even covering him with a blanket as they knew I was upset about him been cold.Nothing was too much trouble for Carl and Julie, they were equally as lovely with our two children and spent time answering any questions we had.The room my husband was resting in was bright, airy and warm. There were even beautiful little cards and pens to allow relatives to write their own personal messages.Nothing can make the funeral of a loved one a happy event, but Carl and Julie with their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail certainly helped me and my family ensure that Mike had a fitting final journey.Thank you so much Carl and Julie.Kind regardsTina, Becky and Matthew xx

I want to say such a massive thank you to everyone at Jones Funerals. My nan's passing was unexpected and we were so lost at what to do. But Carl and Julie and their staff went the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble. I cant explain how much support we were given as a family, the time they dedicated to us to explain everything. The wide range of options we were given to ensure we got it just right for her. The service truly honoured her and it is all down to the wonderful people here. When you go to see your loved ones, they never rush you and they always have time to talk to you.
