This was an amazing experience for me. All of the staff were friendly, professional, efficient and most of all kind. It really does matter when you are slightly" stressed about medical procedures and I felt at ease throughout the whole process. A Top Notch facility and I would highly recommend."

I had a procedure here under Dr Ruban, a fantastic Doctor. As far as OneWelbeck goes as a whole, I can't recommend this place enough. I have been a patient with OW a few times now, and everytime has been a positive experience. The service is efficient, the staff are kind and extremely competent. Thanks to all that looked after me! You should be proud of the work you all do.

My second procedure at the endoscopy centre and it could not have been more pleasant, given the nature of the visit! The whole team were fantastic and took time to explain things to my satisfaction, including my anaesthetist who popped in again after the procedure to answer my questions at length. This I want to draw attention to, because for me the bedside manner and the reassurance with facts and education always makes such a difference. The nurses were excellent - unfortunately I can only remember the name of one of them, the wonderfully kind Cynthia, but I wish to acknowledge how great they all were. Hope I don't have to go back (!) but if I do, I'm glad it'll be at OneWelbeck.

Reception, all nursing staff (especially Rochelle) and the anesthetist, were all exceptionally professional. The friendly chats certainly help alleviate any anxiety, I found and helped me personally to relax more. Major thanks also to Dr Pitcher, a doctor possessing great positivity and empathy traits.

I wasn’t going to write a review but since it seems I get daily reminders from the app if I don’t, I will. Sadly my experience left a lot to be desired. I was scheduled for a procedure, took half a day off work and showed up at 8am as requested. When I got there it turned out I was supposed to have had a pre assessment (which I didn’t have or know about), drink a preparation the night before (which I wasn’t sent and knew nothing about until I turned up for my appointment). Both of these two items were essential for my procedure.The result being a wasted morning and no procedure. The doctor was very apologetic and promised to get his colleagues to rebook.As I write this, no one has been in touch to rebook and it looks like the responsibility is now on me to chase them and try and organise this.Had this not been a free service perhaps I could have expected this sort of abrogation of any kind of service but since it wasn’t and was an expensive process this wasn’t what I expected. I’m awaiting to see if I will be charged for the botched procedure.My advice to anyone contemplating using them, call them regularly to check they have done everything they need to, read up on what you need for your procedure to ensure you are an expert on it and perhaps you will get what you paid for. If not, you have been warned!

I am extremely great full to meet with a professional team, whom had good care of me. I was very well informed about the process. They made me confident that everything will go smoothly and painless. Thank you again for Dr Bansi, the anaesthetist Dr. and nurses making it so easy and being so friendly.
