Nice old, well-kept castle. Lots of wildlife in the grounds an interesting place to visit . Went here on one of the ghost tours, which was quite interesting. Only rooms with activity were the cellar and the attic. Would be an interesting place for a B and B or a hotel would definitely stay for a couple of days if it was .

My husband is a direct descendant of the Kirkpatrick line. It took a bit of creative traveling but we made it. Maria showed us around and gave us a very knowledgeable history. So glad we took time to stop by.

Lovely walk around perimeter of castle. Not sure if you can get close up to castle but great views of it from walk. Would be good if there was an information board, maybe at gatehouse, to give history of castle and area.

Nice castle, privately owned so wasn't able to look inside but the grounds are pleasant and there's some lovely views

A very interesting dive into History, Maria is very kind and so knowledgeable about the place. It's a real pleasure listening about the Kirkpatrick's and more largely Scotland's history !I strongly recommend this tour !
