I requested 3 prescriptions, when I went to collect , there were only 2 , I said I asked for 3 ,for 3 months supply of the medication, I was told that they would Email me the other prescription, after 2 days, I phoned them and was told the tablets were there for me to collect, I told them I asked for them on prescription, I was then informed I had not paid for the scripts , I said I had, then I was told they would have to have a talk with a vet, I later received the script, but it was not made out for 3 months supply. Very disappointed.

I took my little pup to be treated started of really lovelly with everyone being friendly Norma was a fantastic vet and very good at her job and so well mannered and very loving toward my puppy my puppy was very ill and she was so good with him a really lovelly lady but went back the next day to see the vet with him and this vet we got was rude no compassion toward me or the puppy she was rude abrupt she should be totally ashamed of herself I left to room and asked if I could see another vet and they said yes the old lady on reception Debra was so rude and abrupt also I waiting and aventually saw another vet how was so lovelly and sweet and very caring and compassionate she looked after my puppy so well but sadly I had to have him put to sleep as he was very unwell this young vet was so caring and I really would like to say thankyou for everything she did for my puppy everyone was so nice apart from the two individuals I have mentioned I would like to say a special thankyou to Claire how was so caring and a heart of gold you are really good at your job sorry I had to write this but the two individuals I mentioned earlier should be really ashamed of there behaviour I think the second vet and Debra the receptionist should learn some manners and also tidy themselves up a little bit as they looked very scruffy and unprofessional but as I have said before thankyou to everyone else for what you did for me my husband and the puppy

First time we've been to this practice and we found the staff very friendly and we were made very welcome when we introduced our Beagle puppy to the team.We tried another veterinary practice in the area but they were not very professional and they not just overcharged us but gave us wrong advice. So I think we have found the right veterinary practice who actually care about your pets.

Needed an urgent appointment for my Chi. They saw me the same day and sorted out his problem straight away. Very happy with my new vets.

Kind staff and friendly extra advice on food given. Pet given thorough check up when given boosters. Although it's on the ground floor the vet rooms are small I had trouble getting in with my electric wheelchair.

Last year I would have given them 5 stars. However today if I could, I would give 0. My rabbit died during a very simple procedure of dental clipping. She was healthy and only a baby and I loved her very much. They said the procedure was a success but it was during the aftercare when she died. I know for a fact that they don’t just die after a simple procedure. She wasn’t being watched over properly and monitored afterwards which caused her death. I am extremely disappointed and concerned for future safety of other animals at this practice.Yes there are many good reviews, however I wouldn’t take the risk again personally. On top of that. I asked the vet if it would be possible to bring my other rabbit in to say goodbye to her sister and they said no. I know for a fact that it’s important for them to say goodbye so they can accept it. Now she’ll be waiting for her sister and she’s never coming home.If you own a rabbit! DO NOT bring them here please!!! For their safety!!!Photo of my beautiful baby that we lost below, because of the carelessness of someone who should have been watching her.

Always been very happy with all the staff (clinical and admin) however the last couple of times we have had the same vet which we hadn't seen before these two visits(unsure if she is new). She seems to be obsessed with getting a muzzle on my dog as soon as we get through the door. Granted she can be nervous but it seemed unnecessary at the last appointment for booster. Also seems uninterested and just wants the appointment over as quickly as possible. My little dog didn't want to to walk with her out the back and she pulled her across the floor by her lead instead of either just picking her up or asking myself or my partner to.

The staff here are lovely, and quite a fan of our hoppy babies (rabbits haha) Barbara and Brian. They have all helped with a large amount of issues and without them, I don't think Barbara would be here with us today. Amazing service, amazing staff who are extremely knowledgeable.

I am perplexed by the good reviews. We went today with our eight week pup. Reception was friendly but the vet was something else. Cold as ice, didn’t even greet my pet or attempt a rapport. Bizarrely outwardly ignored my questions. She seemed to be on a first visit puppy script and bulldozed over my questions as if I had never uttered them and carried on her monologue.Dismissed our concerns about his itching and when we discussed which second vaccination to give, she went on a diatribe crackpot conspiracy about how my breeder is making money from a certain vaccine (I know my breeder, who is non profit - she isn’t). Was downright derisive. Dismissed it as breeder gossip even though our breeder works through a vet.She had never heard of our breed and knew nothing about it so mocking our breeder who has been involved for 50 years was rich when she couldn’t even guess what kind of size dog he is. No people’s skills, condescending, dismissive, rude and unprofessional. We were so disgusted we turned to a different vet the very same day. We went to the Wilson group. The vet there was friendly, examined him properly, gave us treatment for his itching, had no issue with the vaccine request and even said they are aware of the controversies and stick to the type we requested. Gave us flea and tick treatment and offered to apply for us. Difference was night and day. We’ll stick with Wilsons, thank you.
