I have been working with PPF for approximately two years and they have been a excellent partnership agency to work with. PPF is a leading supportive accommodation provider in Coventry and the referral and assessment is easy to navigate. The support for the people the work with is fantastic as well as the robust sharing of information. PPF are able to support individuals in the community and help them develop strong independent living skills. The properties are clean and well kept. Marie and LJ from PPF management are excellent to work with and greatly support multi-agencies within the Coventry area

PPF Staff have been brilliant helping me to get back on my feet, as I was struggling with my mental health, and being homeless. The accommodation is lovely and the residents all get along. Staff always visit daily to check in and make sure I am okay and will have a coffee with us, making us feel cared about!

Support goes above and beyond helping me, have been supported with clothes, Food, my mental health and much more. Staff are always happy and chatty and make you feel accepted with no judgements. Housed within a few days as I was street homeless and in desperate need of support, really pleased I was signed posted to this company and landed on my feet.
