JH Kenyon Westminster were very supportive and took care of everything in a very efficient yet supportive way. Antonio was always there to provide answers and offer advice. Despite a tight timetable, the ceremony was perfect and the whole team was impeccable.

So incredibly supportive, they made arranging my father's funeral so much easier and less traumatic for my family, particularly my mother. They went above and beyond what was required and were kind and respectful of our wishes. Their guidance was compassionate with complete understanding during the worst period of our lives. They came highly recommended and lived up to that recommendation. Thank you Antonio!

KH Kenyon have really been outstanding in taking such good care of my fathers funeral. Antonio, the funeral director has been so calm, patient and never rushed me when we discussed all the necessary things.It has been very hard loosing my dad and I have been in a emotional and vulnerable state. I am really grateful to Antonio for helping me feel supported with his kind words and manners and he made sure he did everything he could to make things go smoothly for me.I made a mistake in requesting the services of a humanist celebrant for the funeral, but I found this did not go well at all. I did not have a complete understanding that Humanist’s are athiest, rather than agnostic. The process became awkward as a result and along with other communication problems and misunderstandings on getting the script from the celebrant, I was forced to drop this option. This was not met with any graciousness from the Humanist Celebrant, who would not acknowledge any of my concerns, he was only interested in getting his entire fee despite not doing the work.KH Kenyon have been instrumental in sorting out what was becoming a problem and I am very thankful that they kept their focus on making sure I was happy with all aspects of the funeral. They have been impeccable in their professionalism which sadly I cannot say the same for the Humanist Celebrant. I hope this feedback can help people make a choice about what will be right for them and their dear departed. Blessings to all going through the pain of bereavement.

We met Antonio in March when we went to arrange mums funeral, and we found him to be very professional whilst being caring and compassionate, he helped us through a very difficult time, especially as lockdown started a couple of days before the funeral which meant all our plans had to be changed, but with Antonio's help it all went smoothly.we didn't expect to have to meet Antonio again so soon, but six months later we found ourselves having to arrange Dads funeral.We cant thank Antonio enough for all his kindness to my brother and I and we are forever grateful to him.Also need to say a big thank you to Pravin and his associates for ensuring the service went smoothly and with dignity, and of course Father Higgs who conducted both funeral services for us.

I can’t thank Marian and her team enough. Marian was always on hand to help and she went above and beyond in ensuring that my grandmothers final wishes were carried out. I would highly recommend J H Kenyon. At a time when we needed the most support they were exemplary. From the initial contact at 2am to the day of the funeral the care and compassion that we received was superb. Antonio at Rochester Row took the time to explain every detail, gave advice, answered all our questions and even when there was a last minute change nothing was too much trouble. On the day of my fathers funeral Favio showed an equal amount of care. I honestly don't think we could have asked for more.

I would highly recommend JH Kenyon, Rochester Row, SW1. Antonio and his team were excellent in their communication, sensitivity and taking me through the process of organising the funeral. The funeral director on the day, Fabio, was very supportive and able to reassure me that they were able to wait as I was unavoidably delayed and 20 mins late. He ensured that the funeral was dignified and reflected the wishes of the family.

Coping with the death of a loved one is difficult at any time. What you need is the support of professionals. Antonio and his team (including Fabio) were outstanding. They ensured that we were supported in the many decisions that need to be made, and ensured that we achieved a memorable send-off for my aunt.Antonio especially was fantastic at respectfully helping us to understand the process required and ensuring that we had a day, though very emotional and difficult, was exactly what we wanted.
