Whats happening? Im a regular and go out my way to use this car wash but over the last few wèeks there seems to be a change, the attention to detail has gone which made this business diffetent to other car washes. Ive just left and no spray wax at the end and no door checks cleaned which is the 3rd time this is the service that makes youbstamd out and different to the rest.Ill give it another try but might change who cleans my car. Where's all the usual guys?

Having used overshine previously on a number of occasions I spoke with them regards overspray on my vehicle after having some paint work done and asked for it to be removed and the vehicle polished. The owner of the business advised that I would be best having the car ceramic coated after this to achieve a fantastic long lasting finish. Which seemed like a great idea.Upon returning to collect the car I found that the overspray had not been removed in fact it looked like it had not been polished at all with the owner stating that the glass couldn’t be cleaned and they had polished it multiple times to no avail. The paintwork of the car was still patchy and rough and nowhere near the finish I was expecting from a professionally applied ceramic coating. As unbelievably despite not being able to remove the overspray on the glass or the paintwork they decided to ceramic cost over the top of the overspray.Absolutely shoddy mess that ended up being rectified with nothing more than 3 hours of elbow grease by another specialist who took the time to clean the glass rather than just polish over the top of it and made an actual effort to correct the overspray on the paintwork before coating it again.Expensive mistake for me but I could not in any way shape or form recommending this lot anywhere near your car for anything beyond a simple wash and hoover. No matter how many expensive cars you park you park outside for pictures.Absolutely shocking workmanship and more so the fact they completed work that should never have been done if they could not remove the overspray in the first place. Frustrating experience as I had high hopes I had found a decent regular valeter to use

This is the car just after being in the car wash. Overall, the service is good although at the end the shammy cloth was dirty and as seen on images below the car had to be washed again due to the dirt left from the cloth.
