We had new kitchen and bathroom installed by Plumb Crazy . Tony and his fitters were always professional , helpful and gave us the human touch of down-to-earth advice , all along the process of selecting the products and installing them . We are delighted with the overall result , and are pleased to have used a local independent business .

Tried to charge me £86 for 3 soil pipe connections which I got from Travis Perkins for £40 (same make) or can get online for £11 (different make)

Helpful staff when choosing and ordering a shower enclosure. Competative price. Speedy service. Delivered shower enclosure at 8.30am as promised and installed by an excellent fitter. Cleaned up afterwards and took old shower enclosure away. Could not fault any aspect and would recommend to anyone.

Advice: If you are contemplating any form of installation from Plumb Crazy Ltd of Helston my advice would be to ask for an itemized quotation and then check each material cost with offers from other suppliers. I made the mistake of not checking prices before proceeding and paid a hefty price. I am a pensioner and had just undergone major surgery so I can only think that my focus was on other matters.My kitchen had a new floor laid and some additional units c/w worktops were fitted as well as four kitchen appliances. I discovered that every item was vastly overpriced when compared to what was available elsewhere. Please note that fitting was covered by a separate labour charge, so for now, I only refer to material charges. One example would be the four appliances which consisted of a double oven, a hob, an extractor and a dishwasher – all made by Bosch. Now, I could have had these items delivered free of charge from company’s such as Curry’s, A.O. or John Lewis. However, I let Plumb Crazy Ltd supply them and they charged me in excess of £500 over and above the prices offered by the three aforementioned companies. What did they do to earn or deserve this money? Similarly, 10 boxes of floor tiles were supplied at £68 per box. I later found the same tiles available online at £32 per box! This ludicrous pricing continued throughout the entire job, which incidentally needed rectification work to both floor tiles and a leaking dishwasher. The dishwasher has since been rectified but I have now decided not to allow Plumb Crazy any further access to my property. I have simply had enough of them and their practices.Finally, I should mention that there were other charges such as “sundries of £350 for sealants

Superb customer service, a total bathroom re-vamp which turned out beautifully. Communications throughout were great and Tony really did make you feel like you're getting plenty of bang for your buck. Thank you to all at Plumb Crazy Helston.

Cannot speak any more highly of Tony and Colin for our revamped bathroom. From our initial visit, to choosing designs and fittings etc, Tony bent over backwards to either help or make other suggestions to improve the final desing. Colin the fitter was first class no ifs or buts, from initial prep, to installation, to the final clear up. Nothing was too much trouble for either Tony or Colin. Plumb Crazy are without doubt top class. We cannot fault the finished product and would highly recommend them.
