We've always had a positive experience as renters using Davies & Davies. Home inspections are always carried out with a lot of advanced notice and they've listened to any issues we've raised. I wish the company we use to manage our home was as good as these, but that's a different review for a different time! All round, a really positive experience.

Cannot rate Davies & Davies highly enough. I’ve recently started renting through them and from the beginning the communication and speed from acceptance to moving in has been brilliant. Kiri Marks in particular has been really helpful. Quick to reply to emails and has helped me settle in quickly. Would recommend renting through Davies & Davies.

We have recently sold our property through Davies and Davies in Trowbridge. Throughout the process we were looked after by Nick Graves who was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, professional and helpful. Always available when we needed to contact him, and always got back to us when he said he would.We cannot recommend his services highly enough.

I deal relatively closely with Davies & Davies. I have to say that every interaction I have had with the team has been fantastic. Always friendly when the phone is answered, polite and with the conversations I have with the team, they always have the customers as the main focus and doing the right thing. Fantastic!

Having previously been tenants with Davies, we recently had some issues at the property which needed the attention of the agents. Mark was really a pleasure to deal with and made sure everything was taken care of meticulously and respectfully. We are also now dealing with Nick and Ryan from sales who are also very nice and professional chaps. All-in-all a great company to deal with! Recommend!

I would like to say that if ever I have had any issues within my property, they have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently. They have a friendly team of contractors, and the estate agent/ maintenance team keep me updated. I have never had any problem that wasn't dealt with. Makes a big difference when you receive good service.
