I had a great experience purchasing my flat with the Savills team. Harriet helped me find the flat of my dreams, her positive can do attitude went a long way in reassuring I would get the flat. Harriet was patient with me and was happy to revisit the flat on multiple occasions throughout. I was constantly kept in the loop and she was quick to respond to any queries I had, I felt Harriet's proactive approach helped ease my anxiety during the whole negotiation process.I'd also like to mention Josh who I met once and was a gentleman when I dealt with him. The overall Savills experience made me feel like a valued customer, the people that work there are polite, passionate and sincere.

My husband and I are Americans living in London, and we were looking for a dog friendly flat in Hampstead/Primrose/Belsize. We worked closely with Aziz over a few months’ search. We were very picky/selective and he was patient and understanding.He was so wonderful to work with, responsive, honest, and helpful. If we relocate again or ever decide to purchase, we will work with him again.

We went through a lengthy process with our house, first preparing the sale, then deciding to delay over Xmas due to both the time of year and the state of the economy, finally securing a sale at the asking price. Then the buyers requested a 3 1/2 month delay to secure finance.Everything has worked out, and all along the long road of around 37 appointments and all the setbacks the entire team supported the project with enthusiasm, patience and understanding. Despite a most unfavourable time we got a decent deal. No hesitation in recommending this office.

We recently rented a property through Savills, Hampstead and our main point of contact was Aziz Shah. Aziz provided an outstanding level of customer service throughout the process, from our offer being accepted to moving into the property. His communication skills are excellent and he was always prompt to answer any questions my husband or I had in the most friendly, polite manner.
