One of the best massage therapies I have ever had. From the warm welcome I received upon arrival to the feeling of blissful relaxation I experienced post treatment. Paulina put me at ease immediately and listened attentively to the issues I had around tension and back pain. The pressure applied was perfect , the room was warm, inviting and soothing. She selected a special blend of oils that transported me away, calmed my mind and encouraged a deep sense of relaxation, whilst working to ensure that no ache or knot was left untouched. I felt lighter and like I was floating on air by the time I left. That evening I had the best sleep I've had in a very long time and woke feeling envigorated ! I would highly recommend the Mind Body Network and their incredibly person centred holistic approach. Can't wait to return!
