Our Solar system installation happened yesterday. George Fox and James arrived on time in the morning. All panels (10), the inverter and batteries were in place by 12.00, amazing! I do not know how they could do this so quickly. George finished the electrical works, system and application setup including proper and very precise documentation with several photos he took during the installation. Our system started to work by late afternoon. George explanied to us everything in detail about how the Solar system work, we are very satisfied. Highly recommend this company!

They did a Very good job on my installation, very polite, hardworking, and very tidy, cleaning up after themselves before leaving .And also the scaffolding was only here for 2 days.

Extremely happy with the speed off installation and the work manship Excellent. post fitting all of my many questions have been answered to the point and in a language even I can understand. So far so good as they say.

I contacted Creativ energy for a quote as they were local & had very good reviews. They came to the house & tailored a solar setup that was perfect for our needs, very open & honest & came up with a quote which was significantly better than the others I’d had previously.The equipment is very good quality (I’d done some research before hand) and the price was very good. The installation was very quick & the engineers were friendly & explained what they were doing & gave us regular updates. The setup (under out stairs) is excellent & very neat & tidy. You can tell that they take pride in their work. I’m extremely happy with the outcome, I can’t recommend them highly enough!!Brilliant price & brilliant job! 5 stars!!!

I’ve just placed an order for a 16 panel solar system with 20kWh battery. Very early days but so far so good. The quote process was very efficient and they have been very quick in sorting paperwork.I’ll keep you all up to date with the installation process which I’m hoping will be later this month.

I've been speaking with Kemberly and other members of the Creativ team, they have all been fantastic. From my initial contact to the end of the project.Right from the start of the process, they worked with me and listened to my requirements. Their quote was excellent and didn’t complain when I wanted to make changes to what I’d initially asked for. They were totally fantastic.When it came to having the system installed, I was very nervous, but Kemberly and the team on site were once again excellent, they fully explained the steps and were very polite and courteous and got the system up and running without any real issues, other than it not connecting to my Wi-Fi, but it turns out, it was a known issue and was resolved shortly after.My system is now fully installed and working as expected and so far, I've not used the grid for power other than to charge my electric car, saving me at least £6 per day! Perfect.Kemberly and her team, really do care and listen and with that, they have been a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t recommend Creativ Energy enough.Thank you all at Creativ Energy and keep up the good work.
