The staff went above and beyond to assist me, answering all my questions and providing expert advice.The selection of fish at Fish Planet London is truly amazing. They have a wide variety of species, all of which are healthy and well-cared for. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the well-being of their aquatic animals.Not only is the quality of their fish exceptional, but the overall atmosphere of the store is also inviting and well-maintained. !!! VISIT THIS SHOP !!! Best aquatic shop in London. We are visiting every week or so to get everything needed. All in stock for very affordable prices. Stuff is friendly and knowledgeable about all stocks they keep. Fish are absolutely different levels than other big shops. Nice decent sizes, healthy, quarantined long time . Fish leaves this shop most probably better condition than they received them. Each aquarium has own filtration,heater-no shared wather to prevent spreading disease,match species temperature. They even change fish nets for sterile ones when serving. Plants are healthy,they have live food ,some aquariums and everything you need. See for yourself .. Even if you just starting they will help you better that other big name shops.

Honestly one of the best experience I've had in an aquarium store since taking up the hobby. Got a lovely pair of hillstream loaches and will be back for the rest of the tank community!Really appreciation the time and effort spent with me and helping me keep an eye on my curious daughter while we were there.Goes to show bigger isn't always better, lovely small shop with lots of great options and healthy fish!!See you all soon!! Fish planet London is the best aquatic store in London. Not only do they quarantine their fish for one week before selling them they also treat them with medications to make sure no fish is unhealthy. They also sell amazing quality Bettas which are sometime from Thailand and have very rare Guppyies as well. Their plant selection is wonderful with lots of different plants each week. The staff are wonderful and amazing, they are always ready to help with any questions you might have and are very helpful. Their hardscape selection is amazing with lots of different types of stones and wood at very low prices. They literally have everything you could ever ask for in a fish shop. All of my aquarium plants and fish are from this store so here are some of their amazing quality fish and plants that I was fortunate enough to get my hands on.

Today we bought an aquarium. In this store you will find an aquarium to suit your taste, which already has everything you need (filter and lamp). There is a very large selection of Fish, and there is everything you need to keep it. And to deal with all this, you will be helped by a polite and kind seller Pavel, who will be with you from the very beginning of choosing an aquarium to instructing you on its assembly, and will tell you what you need to add to the water, what vitamins and everything else. I am very happy with the purchase, I recommend visiting this store.

Beth at Fish Planet was very patient in helping us select our first aquarium. She was very informative and friendly talking us through the process of fishkeeping. I would recommend coming here and see their extensive array of fish species and supplies!

The staff was great! Had a great experience there yesterday as a family. The staff explained everything A to Z. Answered all our questions. We bought a fansy goldfish and a tank :) Also we will be going back on sunday to buy more fishes! Wonderful fish store! So many different fishes.
