Metrolink Park & Ride
Fabulous sevice on the Metrolink.Not sure who reads this post but the main issue against is probably down to it's popularity. I catch the tram from East Dudsbury at about ten thirty in the morning. Over the years car park has become full at this time. The side streets around the car park are becoming busier and busier .Not fair on the local residents .I would use the airport line but again the grass verges on Simonswsy Wythenshawe and the side streets are also used as a car park . Not ideal.Tram service excellent.

Metrolink Park & Ride
A great way to get into Manchester. It was so easy to use the tap in tap out way of paying for your ride. Not expensive as well.We went on Saturday, on the day of the Manchester marathon, and had to find alternative parking as every space in the park and ride was taken. However, maybe that isn't always the case. Anyway, a good way to travel.

Metrolink Park & Ride
I've used this park & ride twice, both times on Saturdays and both times there were plenty of parking spaces at around 10am. It's especially convenient for me coming from North Wales as the car park is just off the end of the M56 so I basically I just drive in a straight line for 77 miles along the A55 and M56 so it couldn't be easier to get to. Parking is free and trams are very regular so what's not to like?

Large free car park serving the regular metro link. Metro tickets are purchased using the machines at the edge of the car park. The line goes directly into Manchester with services every 12 minutes. This was a popular route, but not over crowded. Adult return ticket prices under £4.

Lots of spaces and electric charge points. Busy and quite full by 9am very convenient for the tram.

Metrolink Park & Ride
I wish the US had such sensible public transportation as you find in Europe. Ticket machines accept credit cards, so there's no need to worry about exchanging your currency for pounds to use the metrolink here. Trains are very clean, pleasant experience.
