Andrew came at 6am to complete an EPC for us. The keysafe failed so he called me, rather than walk away. He then kindly drove to pick up an extra set of keys. Drove them back too. No fuss. Absolutely wonderful service. Report delivered within a couple of hours. Could not recommend more highly.

Exceptional service! Andrew took all the stress away of having to arrange access into my rented property, and I just provided the details of my tenants, and he took over communication from there! I wish more contractors would do this, as I am always feeling like the middle person going back and forth to arrange a suitable time for the contractor and the tenants. I could not recommend Assessment Hive enough, and they also corrected a lot of errors, from the last company who carried out the EPC. Thank you to everyone at Assessment Hive!

Great service from Andrew - I called for an EPC and it was booked for next day! He wore face mask and I really appreciated his caution and safety measures in light of COVID. Then I got the EPC certificate the day after. It could not have been a smoother process. A friend recommended them, and I'll now be recommending them to others. Great experience!

Andrew made sure the process and turnaround times were streamline and smooth. The price given is very competitive on the market with a 5-star customer service.The EPC inspection took about 20 minutes for our 5 bdrm house and the EPC was ready by the next day. A short informative debrief on site with Andrew was also good.Andrew at the Assessment Hive comes highly recommended.
