Phoned up and cancelled an appointment and rebooked for a new one was given a new time and day but when I arrived I wasn't on the books. Then fobbed me off and told me that it must have been booked for Halfords and to go there.It wasn't of course... They wasted my time and money, and didn't even apologize.Not happy!

They did an excellent job of an alignment on my car, and they even helped with an engine issue I was having! Always friendly and helpful staff, I will be coming back here!

I have been going to Halfords for MOT and interim service for the past 3 years. I have to be honest and say that Halfords is not cheap at all. The good think about booking your MOT and service is that they have lots of time slots available and garages nearby. However, if you MOT fails, just ran away. They will rip you off. My car failed MOT and I was given two quotes. One which was described as best case scenario for £874.01 and the other one worse case scenario for £1500.31. They added unnecessary repairs, possibly staff gets commission for it! This is unacceptable as I took my car to a local garage and they fixed all the issues for £220!! My question is how is this company allowed to overcharge customers for services that they do not need? I won’t be returning, I am supporting local garages from now on.

Can’t praise the guys at National Tyres more, had concerns with a new car which they checked over and sorted for me extremely quickly. Very helpful with how to approach the issues with the dealership and gave me great additional advice, would 100% bring my car here again. They went above and beyond.

I took my car in for a free brake check after some worrying noises on a trip to Worcester. Treated by really friendly and helpful staff who gave a diagnosis with no pressure to buy. Highly recommended - Really glad I went in.
