Stuart Jones Pianos Sales Ltd

We have visited Stuart Jones’ showroom in the summer, shortly after the Covid lockdown restrictions were relaxed. We have phoned in advance to check we could visit. We wore face masks, as did Stuart and he had antibacterial hand gel available for customers.Stuart was both very friendly and professional. Initially, he showed us around the showroom and gave us some advice on the range of pianos we were interested in. We were then able to try the pianos on our own. When we needed some more information, Stuart was more than happy to answer any of our questions. At no point have we felt under any pressure to make a purchase. We were pleased to be able to try several pianos in our price range, it was great to have a choice.We were a little nervous about the delivery because of the narrow hallway and tight corner leading into the room. There was no need, the delivery men were clearly very experienced and made it look easy.We have now had the piano approximately two months, Stuart has been to check the tuning.We are extremely happy with our new piano and would absolutely recommend Stuart’s services.(Apologies for any grammatical mistakes, English is not my native language)

Stuart is a fantastic piano tuner, really takes a lot of care in his work and goes above and beyond to make sure the piano is sounding spot on. The piano he provided us was in top condition, would recommend Stuart to any pianist!

What an absolute gentleman Stuart is. I'm looking for a piano to learn more on and enjoy and Stuart was so generous with his time and advice. Has given me several really interesting options, lots to think about and completely no pressure! I have honestly NEVER had customer service like this in my life. I would recommend Stuart and his business any time, day or night. I submitted an enquiry to his email on a Sunday morning, hoping desperately he might be able to help me for my husband's birthday, which was a week away. He called me on Sunday night, promised to help, and by Tuesday, after a couple more phone calls the perfect piano stool I couldn't find anywhere else was on its way to me. It arrived two days early in perfect condition. Beautiful product, immediate, above and beyond service, and such a lovely and knowledgeable man. Please support this business, and particularly now. UK companies need all of us to rally round. Stuart is right to be proud of this one.

What an absolute legend. Stuart Jones was just the best when we were looking for a piano. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt so welcome at his studio. He was so knowledgeable about all of his pianos and always made time to talk to us. Our child is now flying through her grades on the beautiful piano we bought from Stuart. Very happy customers.

I can quite honestly say that the customer service that I received when i visited Stuart Jones Pianos was first rate, I was unsure what piano to buy when I went to see him, all i knew was I wanted a new upright, his knowledge of his pianos in his showroom, and his ability to play them all so very well, made the decision making so much easier. Unlike so many places that pressure you into making a purchase Stuart Jones made me feel so relaxed, it was a pleasure to buy from him. I strongly recommend that if you are in the market to buy a piano, Stuart Jones is definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely first class service from Stuart and the team. He Helped us pick the perfect piano with the right amount of advice (and awesome demo piano playing) and also leaving us to take time to try it ourselves. There's a massive selection of new and used pianos in the nice environment of the showroom. You will need to go a long way and still not find a better showroom and level of knowledge offered by Stuart - Cannot recommend highly enough.
