Great wood burner and nice people but terrible customer service. Keep asking but installation still not finished (missing ceiling fitting) 18 months later

Sadly I am forced to leave a poor review due to the fact that the survey completed did not highlight any issues or extra works needed for the stove install (a replacement). Unfortunately when the installer then came to fit the new stove (after I had paid a hefty deposit) I was then informed this couldnt be completed due to extensive works required. Whilst this may be the case I was not impressed by the survey which should have highlighted this and furthermore I have not had any response to my request for an explanation despite chasing this. I sadly would not recommend this company to others to have a stove installed. They did refund my deposit quickly but I have now lost/wasted a days leave.

We are very happy with our new log burner and still amazed how quickly it was installed from initially contacting them.I have never had anything like this installed and didn't really know the process but Jean and Michael made it nice and simple for me, they suggested the best burner to get for our home and talked me through all the legal requirements.The guys who installed the log burner did a great job too, I was worried it would cause a mess but they covered everything up while they did the work and gave it a good clean after, then talked me through how to get it fired up and what I need to do to keep it maintained.Thank you Jean, Michael and your installation team.

Knowledgeable friendly Company, Jean was very helpful and easy to contact. Installation by Scott excellent, left everything clean and tidy and gave a lesson on how to use properly. Would recommend service.
