What a great find... Had a fantastic 1 to 1 with Rita to find my perfect perfume & as Rita rightly said...The perfume found me! Came away with Lilyhurst...not a scent Ive had before but love it!I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Bridgnorth. X

Lovely shop, bright and welcoming. The lady in the shop helped me find the perfect fragrance. I think I have found my new favourite perfume. The fragrance lasts all day and smells amazing!

Found this little shop today whilst visiting Bridgnorth. The customer service was excellent, I felt so welcome in the shops and so did my 2 spaniels ❤️I haven't been able to smell my perfumes due to loss of smell or a change in smell since developing long covid and managed to find a few fragrances here this morning! I'm delighted to say that I will definitely be purchasing more online once back home I'm Northern Ireland. I can't wait to use my scrub bar either! Couldn't recommend enough!

When I first walked in I was greeted at the door and felt very relaxed and excited too look round. The vegan perfumes were amazing but their own scents are the best! I bought some wax melts which smell amazing too. I honestly had to stop myself buying the whole store. I will definitely be back for gifts and myself.Oh very well priced and fantastic quality. Definitely somewhere to pop into while in Bridgnorth!!

What an amazing gem of a shop the Perfume Lab is!The staff are all super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the scents, which they produce themselves (all vegan and cruelty free).The array of crystals is amazing. Rita is full of helpful information about them and always happy to help.A truly lovely shop and well worth a visit if you are in Bridgnorth.

Amazing perfume. The cap had broken on a new bottle of mine that I had recently purchased meaning I couldn’t use it! I thought I would pop in to see if they could assist, and they were more than happy to help fix my bottle! In the end they put my perfume into a new bottle which works perfectly. It’s the little things that makes a business like this so special. Thank you guys!

Amazing! I called into the Perfume Laboratory today and was really surprised with the selection on offer. The shop is beautiful and the owner was extremely helpful and helped me find the perfect scent! I would 100% recommend a visit - pricing is very good too! I will definitely make a return!

I came in today after passing a few times, and although I wanted a perfume, I wasn't sure which one. The lady was really helpful and recommended Ehsas, which is absolutely stunning. I will definitely recommend the perfume laboratory and will be back for another.
