Great advice on wardrobe design and installation was started/finished on time in both bedrooms. Quality installation and kept me updated during the works. Would recommend. Will be using them again for our TV feature wall.

We had paid a substantial amount extra to have LED strip sensor lights within our cupboards and within a short amount of time, one of the led lights had started to constantly flicker. I had reached out to this company to ask for this strip light to be replaced as now it has permanently become dim which does not look aesthetically pleasing at all as it stands out like a sore thumb whilst the other led lights are working fine.Upon reaching out, we were told they would fix this within a week however no one came. I had to constantly chase and now to my complete shock, I am told that I will need to pay £200 for them to replace the LED light as in their words “it is a technical fault and not their issue”. This is the first time I’ve ever dealt with a company who is failing to take any responsibility or accountability for their service and work and instead are asking me to pay a further substantial amount of money for one strip light. Their theory and belief is that it’s not their problem which I honestly find absolutely disgraceful and shocking because it is their responsibility to fix an issue which we initially paid extra for. Although I had explained that absolutely nothing was done to these lights- I have only just been opening and closing my cupboards as usual so is of no fault of mine, however they are not ready to listen, and are portraying sheer unprofessionalism. After expressing my disappointment, I was told they will send the company led details to which I replied:We paid your company to carry out a service which failed to install a functioning light- that’s not our problem. It’s your responsibility to fix an issue we paid for.They have now decided to ignore our messages after sending a response and appalling attitude of ‘it’s not our fault- it’s not an installation issue’. Since when have companies decided to selectively take responsibility for installation only and not the actual products when we are paying for BOTH!? I’m shocked at how they have put their hands up and said sorry it’s not our fault when we paid extra for the lights.Be aware- stay away because this is absolutely disgraceful- completely unprofessional.
