I first consulted Alan after injuring my knee while training for a half marathon. At that time, I was in constant pain not just when walking but when standing, sitting and even sleeping. Alan was not only very professional and knowledgeable but also patient, kind and positive at a time when I was feeling very low. He devised an exercise programme for me to strengthen my leg muscles and I am now pain-free and able to exercise again. I cannot thank Alan enough and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in need of physiotherapy.
