Valley Fest 2023. 23 quid for 2 single vodka and cokes!!!!!! 1.50 for a cup that u cannot retrieve money from. Stupid cashless system that didn't work for 2 days. Cars parked so close together, it was ridiculous. Caravans and campers all parked together beside tents. Wouldn't go again, could have had a 4 days in Spain for what we spent. Wouldn't go again very disappointed.

All round good festival, a great starting experience for teenagers. Lots of food choices and some good band choices and very helpful staff.- The downside - signage to festival was lacking. Internet wasn’t great you had to walk to parts of the site to get coverage, no lighting around toilets at night in the main areas, so you couldn’t see what you were doing in the toilets. I know it’s a festival but this is 2023 not the 1960’s, not enough around the main arena would be the first thing and have to say they were awful, unnecessarily awful. I’m sure they are meant to be environmental friendly, but they are no more environmentally friendly than a standard portaloo. But from a users point of view not clean, you look down to see everything and I mean everything, and there is no need for this and the smell was bad, dread to think what the smell would have been if it was hot.

A poorly organised mudbath with expensive food and drink. Chaotic parking with not enough marshalls. Daft 'cashless' payment system, which depends on the poor wifi provided by Truespeed..Organisers don't seem to realise this shindig has grown a lot bigger now, still operating it like a small food festival..Not worth the best part of £200 just to get in.

Firstly I should say the weather was very bad. But as event organisers you also have access to weather forecasts, so you could be way better prepared.Overall impression....was a very expensive event. After an average music line up, I was hoping the food would win the day, but it was a bit disappointing tbh. Tried a few vans that were costly and bland at best, ended up saving my money.A few suggestions, get a breakfast van in the campsite, so we don't have to tramp miles to eat, through rivers of mud.Don't put the mixing/control tent 20m from the stage. Visibility was terrible. Everyone had to stand at the sides all the way up the hill.Band turn over at some points was over an hour, and in a muddy field with nowhere to sit that wasnt much fun.Get some matting for the carpark in the event of bad weather, it was dangerous parking on a muddy hill. Lots of people got stuck and there was zero staff around to help/advise.Complete lack of signage to and from campsite. The natural toilets were grim and with no lights and surrounded by mud, using them was an experience. Must have been a nightmare for anyone with mobility issues or children.Lastly, charges to add money to cashless account, then a 10 day wait to get you're money back. Nice little earner in interest from the payment company there.

It's a good little festival that has tons of potential. The location is incredible and the atmosphere is good. The crowd is family's mostly and 16/17 year olds. Toilets were clean and plenty of toilet roll. The payment system is a waste of time and needs to be sacked off. Everyone I spoke to finds it frustrating and it really is not needed. On two occasions we didn't buy drinks because we couldn't be bothered to top up our wristbands another time it didn't work and I was stood at a packed bar trying to log on to banking apps etc to sort it out. Vibe killer.......Get rid of it!!It's expensive too. The most expensive festival I have been to for beer and food.Needs a few more urinals around as there was not enough and they were overflowing.A few tweaks and this would be a great festival. It's a friendly crowd and the music is good. The payment system has to go though!!!!

Absolutely fantastic festival - so friendly and opportunities for all kinds of people, and all ages.Even though it's small, there's still more to do than there is time for! Despite the dire mud, I had a fab time and hope to again. Highlights: Arcadia, Scouting for Girls, yoga, The Brass Funkys, ceilidh, shopping at the great stalls, chilling when there was some sun, and the really short walk to the car!

I had an amazing time at Valley Fest 2022! The bands was spectacular and the atmosphere was incredible. Everything was kept clean and tidy, particularly the toilets. The food was delicious, especially the mac and cheese! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making it an even better experience. The setting was perfect and I'm already looking forward to Valley Fest 2023! Highly recommended!
