Premier Inn Birmingham South (Hall Green) hotel
A great place to spend a night before moving on, in our case to the airport. Very clean and comfortable room. You can have breakfast here or next door in the Toby carvery. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is free onsite parking. There are no lifts but the building is only 2 stories. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. The room lighting is quite dim using old fluorescent lamps that take ages to warm up.

I'm writing this review on behalf of family that stayed at the Premier Inn Hall Green for several days whilst their house was being renovated recently.All the Hotel staff were brilliant, really helping to reduce the stress associated with the situation. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone went out of their way to help us with everything. Special thanks to Steve, Diane, Sarah, Jason, Lorraine, Julie and Milly you are all fantastic.Rob and Jill

Really good clean room and good food . Two women that stand out are Julie in reception lovely friendly and helpful make sure you keep her. Next is Diane in the restaurant she has a very friendly attitude and will do everything she can to make your food order be exactly what you asked for. Have stopped here several times never been disappointed 5stars from me.

Lovely hotel. Nice spot next to the toby carvery for breakfast or carvery Ample parking . Stayed for a few nights, so walked down to the huge roundabout just past the tiny and there was a huge range of places for dinner within walking distance. Will def stay again if were in the area for work.

Rooms & hotel slightly dated & need of improvement.Lovely lady at breakfast this morning called Diane, bless her she was absolutely run off her feet. She never stopped . She is truly an asset to your hotel .

Friendly staff, decent rooms for the price, good breakfast, Toby Restaurant next door. Can be a little awkward getting to the car park depending on which direction you are coming from but I checked Google earth beforehand so knew what to do. Would stay there again.

Stay over here every Sunday for work and must say it is brilliant. All the staff are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The always take time to make small talk. Steve on reception is just fantastic always jolly and you can tell he love's what he does. As soon as you walk in you feel right at home. He is an asset to the place. Keep up the good work guys

As work was being done (8am -6pm) on the upper floor we were given a ground floor disabled room during our stay.Lovely quiet room but bathroom door had damage due to it being more of a wet room and really needs replacing or sorting (hence loss of 1 star for room) It didnt impact our stay though which was lovely as usual.We arrived quite late on the Thurs evening and check in at reception was friendly and welcoming and the lady taking orders for breakfast the following morning is just so lovely.Great to be amongst such friendly Brummies once again , always makes our stay. Thankyou

Premier Inn Birmingham South (Hall Green) hotel
Stayed here for two nights as visiting NEC. I cannot fault this hotel. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location was very handy. A special mention for Steve on reception - super friendly guy and Diane in the restaurant who worked her socks off! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
