I had a 1-hour Abhyanga body massage and a 30-mins Indian Head Massage at Akanksha's. It was my first real Ayurvedic massage. I loved the smell of the oil she mixed for me after asking me about my concerns. Akanksha is passionate and enthusiastic about ayurveda and I could feel her sincerity and care as her patient.

I had an excellent consultation with Akanksha. Having grown up familiar to Ayurveda and its principles, I was pleased to find a practitioner in Newcastle. My daily routine, eating habits, doshas, body type and work demands were taken into account to make a realistic plan to resolve my health issues. It truly felt like personalised medicine.

I recently booked the Royal Package for relaxation and de-stressing. Akanksha is a skilled practitioner who immediately puts you at ease. Her treatment room is a beautiful relaxing space and the therapy experience was wonderful. I immediately felt energised and calm.

Went for a full body abhyanga massage with Akanksha. Excellent treatment and I felt relaxed afterwards. Akanksha is warm, very knowledgable and her passion for Ayurveda shines through. She started to explain such a lot about Ayurveda even in the first session and I will go back.

I sought help from Akanksha for severe constipation. This was causing me to be very lethargic and my back to be very sore.During my first visit Akanksha taught me about my Dosha and told me what and how I should be eating to help my system. At my second appointment I learnt all about oiling.Akanksha also recommended that I practice yoga. I had a beautiful Ayurvedic yoga massage that has made such a difference to me.My body has never felt so comfortable for a very long time.Akanksha is very knowledgeable she is extremely generous with her time and is a lovely person. She is also a very prime example of practicing what she preaches.Akanksha also helped my husband.We are so pleased we found her.

Fabulous Ayurvedic massage, heart vasti and facial - absolute bliss. Akanksha is a beautiful person and a very skilled therapist.
